OUR RENTAL POLICY
Our suites are in quiet residential Calgary neighbourhoods, with easy access to downtown Calgary and many other Calgary area landmarks.
- Rent is payable in advance for the full term of the rental.
- For terms beyond 30 days, monthly rental payment is negotiable at the time of the rental agreement
- Refunds may also be available should the renter not use the full term of the rental, depending on circumstances, and are to be negotiated at the time of the rental agreement.
- Requests for renewals require a minimum 7 days notice on rentals less than 30 days, and a minimum 30 days notice on rentals over 30 days.
We accept Visa, Matercard, and Debit.
